About intel studios

Intel Studios is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art immersive media studio in Manhattan Beach, CA. An unparalleled immersive media hub, Intel Studios features the world’s largest volumetric video stage, a visual effects center, and a comprehensive production and post-production hub. The facility enables Intel to capture and produce large-scale, volumetric content for the next-generation of immersive media applications.

With immersive media people will be able to not just watch, but engage and interact with content and ultimately control the experience. And this new type of content requires the ability to process massive amounts of video data

We built Intel Studios to help address and drive this emerging market trend. Intel Studios is capable of capturing large-scale, high resolution volumetric footage of live action in a controlled environment. We do this through unmatched technical resources and expertise, compute power, and data center processing to bring data to life. The content can then be produced into compelling immersive media content for consumption and monetization through a variety of formats and platforms including broadcast, digital, mobile, and HMDs.
